Contact Pharos1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of Pharos products, including the Pharos platform, Helm, Aegis, and any deployed AI workforces operated on a customer's behalf. Specific engagement terms are set in the applicable Master Services Agreement.
2. Acceptable use
Customers agree to use Pharos in compliance with applicable laws, regulatory frameworks, and the governance policies configured in Aegis for their deployment.
3. Data & confidentiality
Customer data is processed under the security and confidentiality controls documented in the Pharos security overview and the signed MSA. Deployment-specific controls (on-prem, hybrid, cloud) are defined during the design phase.
